Refund Policy

All refund requests should be made in writing to guildedbee@gmail.com

The agreed upon retainer fee stated clearly in your contract is non-refundable once your signed contract is received

Refunds are only considered if the doula you have contracted with fails to provide the services or back up as stated in your contract.

Refunds are not considered for any of the following reasons:

Precipitous Labor (longer postpartum support will be offered)

Change of birthing venue or provider

Changes in birth plan

Cesaren births

Failure to notify doula of the onset of active labor

All postpartum hours will expire 3 months after purchase of postpartum hours OR birth of the baby (whichever is greater)
50% of the package fee is non-refundable and non-transferable for all hours that are not scheduled
Pricing will convert to the individual hourly amount for partially used packages
Cancellation Policy:
- > 2 weeks: no fee for rescheduling
- 24 hours to 2 weeks: 50% (based on number of hours scheduled)
- < 24 hours: no refund
