She received her doula training in Portland and continued to better her skills with Spinning Babies and lactation counseling adding depth and culture to our community. She heads the Covenant Plainview free birth doula program and keeps the hive thriving. Mindy is available for birth doula services in the greater Plainview, Amarillo and Lubbock areas

Michelle has been serving the South Plains area for a decade. Originally honing her skills in Los Angeles and Pittsburgh, she has brought her love of collaborative education to Lubbock. Trained by DONA (X3), Spinning Babies, Dancing For Birth, Lamaze and has served as both a childbirth educator and lactation counselor for major hospitals and midwife centers. Michelle is available for childbirth education, birth doula, lactation and mentorship services in the greater Lubbock area

Emily is such an asset to the hive and the local birthing community. She began her practice four years ago. and has served over 100 families! She is trained by DONA, Spinning Babies and is receiving her Certified Lactation Counselor very soon! Her passion for birthing and supporting families is a joy to witness. Emily is available for childbirth education and birth doula support in the greater Lubbock area

Rachel may be our "new-bee" but do not let that title fool you! She holds certifications with Childbirth International and DONA. Her journey began in the direction of becoming a midwife and felt the lord called her to pivot to doula work. She has attended several births both under mentorship with Michelle and lead birth doula. Rachel will not be accepting clients from August until the beginning of 2026. Rachel is available for birth doula services throughout the South Plains

Ashley is a DONA certified postpartum doula and our bereavement doula. Having worked as a postpartum nurse for several years, she comes with invaluable skills to make your postpartum journey one of strength and resilience. Ashley is serving the greater South Plains area as both a postpartum and bereavement doula

Meagan has been helping new families in the Lubbock area for the past five years. Gaining helpful insight through her degree and then working with Parenting Cottage and TTU Early Headstart, she felt a calling to move to postpartum doula services. Meagan is available for postpartum education and doula services in the greater Lubbock area
